We offer all clients of Drink Driving Lawyers fixed fees in the following types of matters
If you plead ‘Guilty’ in the local court and are sentenced on the same day (all preparation work and up to one full day in court)
- Any Sydney Metropolitan Court: $1,500 + GST
- Any Melbourne Metropolitan Court: $1,500 + GST
If you plead ‘Guilty’ in the local court and are not sentenced
- Any Sydney Metropolitan Court: $700 + GST
- Any Melbourne Metropolitan Court: $700 + GST
Attending First Day of Court for ‘Not Guilty’ Plea (including initial conference to advise)
- Any Sydney Metropolitan Court: $700 + GST
- Any Melbourne Metropolitan Court: $700 + GST
Attending Court for Sentencing
- Any Sydney Metropolitan Court: $1,500 + GST
- Any Melbourne Metropolitan Court: $1,500 + GST
Attending Police Station
- Any Sydney Metropolitan Police Station: at hourly rate
- Any Melbourne Metropolitan Police Station: at hourly rate
Serious matters and cases involving multiple charges are not covered by the fixed fees above however we would be more than happy to give you an estimate so please send us an enquiry or simply give us a call.
Please note:
- Any disbursements we incur on your behalf will be in addition to the fixed fee.
- All court attendances are up to and including one day in court. Any further court attendances will be charged at an hourly rate.
